Hello and welcome to Crêpe(ing) Ramen, an exciting fusion café/restaurant located in the heart of the Coachella Valley. We specialize in homemade authentic ramen, delicious sweet crêpes, and handcrafted drinks. Our mission is to bring the most gourmet dining experience to the the Shops at Palm Desert. We strive to elevate the culinary experience by utilizing high quality and nuanced ingredients that not only taste good but are extremely nutritious. We will also continuously improve our menu and our service as we receive customer feedback. We look forward to having you dine in at our family owned and local establishment!

Our ingredients
Our ramen is made 100% in-house. We painstakingly brew our bone broths for 22 hours to extract the healthy and flavorful compounds naturally found in pork bones. Our dashi and seafood broths are also made in house with the highest quality ingredients. Our teas are cold-brewed for 12 hours to eliminate bitterness resulting in a smoother, more refreshing taste.
We source our ingredients with diligence and care, avoiding processed foods and artificial flavors. When choosing ingredients, we reject anything that contains artificial flavoring and unhealthy additives, maintaining freshness and quality.
